We don't do it that way. Before any contact cohort enters the pipeline, it runs through a pre-flight simulation — a structured validation layer that tests the sequence against a modeled version of the target audience before a single live contact is reached.
How the simulation works
For each contact cohort, we build a set of AI-generated personas calibrated to the ICP profile. If we're running a campaign targeting IBBA-credentialed business brokers sourcing sellers in the $1M–$10M range, the simulation generates broker personas with realistic deal history, professional context, and psychological profile — the motivations, skepticisms, and objection patterns that actually characterize that buyer type.
The sequence then runs against those personas, touch by touch. We're not just asking "does this email sound good?" We're asking:
- Where does this persona disengage? At which touch do they stop reading?
- What specific objections does this cohort raise at each stage?
- Is the meeting ask calibrated correctly for this contact's deal stage and psychology?
- Does the credibility framing resonate, or does it land as generic?
- Where is the sequence creating friction that a different angle would eliminate?
The simulation produces a structured readout: where the sequence is strong, where it breaks down, and what specific adjustments will improve the acceptance rate before any live outreach begins.
Why this step matters
The outbound industry operates largely on intuition and iteration. A sequence is written, it gets tested on a live audience, and if the results aren't good, it gets rewritten.
